BTP-4F-12
SOL6272
BTP-4F-12, also known as Y12, is a family member of BTP-4F (Y6).
BTP-4F-12, analogous to Y6 but with longer alkyl chains on its pyrrole rings giving it better solubility, meaning it can be solubilized in non-halogenated solvents such as o-xylene, TMB and THF.
It has one of the best performances in organic solar cells, achieving high PCEs of up to 16.4% when used with the donor polymer T1 (properties analogous to PBDB-T-2F).
