Description
OXC60MA – SOL5067
CAS: 1158331-55-3 (or related isomers)
OXC60MA (o-Xylenyl C60 mono adduct) is a high-performance electron-acceptor compound specifically developed for organic photovoltaics (OPV). It serves as a sophisticated alternative to PCBM, providing a slightly higher LUMO level which helps in increasing the Open Circuit Voltage (Voc) without compromising the high electron mobility required for efficient solar cell operation.
Because it is a mono-adduct, it maintains a more “fullerene-like” electronic structure than the bis or tris versions, ensuring excellent performance in bulk heterojunction (BHJ) devices paired with various donor polymers.
